About the role
An opportunity has opened for a professional, experienced (3+ Years), technically knowledgeable Associate to join this practice. The primary focus of this particular Associate Role within the business, will be on holding strong relationships with key clients, attending meetings and providing excellent service.
Key accountabilities
Providing support to 2-3 Senior Financial Planners, you will be responsible for the following;
Attending client meetings in conjunction with a Senior Financial Planner, gathering information to prepare and develop strategies.
Coordination and preparation of pre-work before client review meetings.
Liaising with clients and other stakeholders to support the collection of information, keeping the clients and stakeholders informed ensuring the client experience is of a high level.
Overseeing and managing the Implementation of all strategy recommendations with the assistance of a Client Services Officer.
Prepare and develop financial planning strategies, financial modelling and incorporate available options into a strategy presentation. Ensure that the options provided meet clients’ needs, achieving their personal goals.
Skills and experience
Skills and experienceThis role will suit individuals that want to pursue a long-term career within a Financial Planning environment. You will have (ideally) successfully completed an Undergraduate Degree in Commerce majoring in Financial Planning or alternatively you have a Finance / Economics / related degree and have completed your ADFS. The essentials for this role are experience working with Xplan, excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), attention to detail, a commitment to ongoing development and proven ability to work effectively as a team member.
