Some Background
We are looking for a business development associate to join our growing team. This role is critical for us as we rapidly expand our advice partners who have joined our mission to aid more Australians to manage their investment. The role will be a permanent part-time role for an estimated 3-4 days per week (to discuss depending on your preference and background).
In this role, you will manage the partner onboarding administration, the coordination of partnership and marketing documentation, and partner support to ensure an efficient and inspiring experience for our partners. To ensure success, you will have experience in a sales/business development environment and advanced administrative skills.

About the role
Reporting to the Head of Advice Partnerships, working primarily with the business development team and closely with marketing, operations, and technology during onboarding a new partner.
We encourage anyone with a background in Client services, Wealth Advisory, Relationship management or Sales support in the Financial Services industry to apply.

Skills and experience
Responsibilities will include:
Manage standard contract preparation and execution with partners
Verify and ensure data integrity in a contract arrangement
Manage partner onboarding and activation activities
Manage collateral material preparation for partners (marketing, training, copy for co-branding, training booklets)
General record and CRM data management, maintain and update records
Scheduling training with partners and their key staff
Communicate with clients and troubleshoot issues when required. This will include making regular inbound and outbound contact by phone and other forms of communication used by our business.
Ongoing support of Advice Partnership team when needed
Work with our Operations team to identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiencies for partner onboarding and ongoing support.
Role Requirements
An associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business administration or similar preferred
Previous experience in sales/business development support, client services or a similar role
Excellent time management and organisational skills
Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
Attention to detail and ability to run with projects independently
Familiarity with CRM systems such as Pipedrive or similar
Advanced knowledge of administrative recordkeeping
Familiarity with contract management
Proficiency with word processing and spreadsheet software
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Microsoft or office suite of applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, share documents.
Preferable:
RG146 qualified (or prepared to complete) or higher
Background in the wealth and advice landscape
Ability to support Advice partner in an ongoing capacity with periodic check-ins and assessing partner needs/goals
Ability to assume ownership of a group of partners to support Advice Partner’s activity
A curiosity with technology and a desire to help us improve ways to be effective will see you succeed in this role.
