An exciting opportunity has become available for a Senior Client Service Officer to join our team. We are a diverse team of individuals, united together by a genuine desire to help our clients achieve their financial goals. We provide clients with a high level of service and personalised advice, and the client service officer role is a key element to this. A successful and reputable firm with over 40 employees, spanning across our offices in Brisbane, Maroochydore, and the Hunter Valley. The successful candidate will be based in either our Maroochydore or Brisbane branch and will have the opportunity to join a high performing and growing business.

Working as a part of our service team you will be responsible for:

Manage the implementation of strategy and processing of all documents
Manage all work in progress (WIP)
Maintain and update relevant systems and databases
Manage client inquiries with sophistication, empathy and professionalism
Liaise with providers
Basic administration duties including phones, email, diary management, mail, and other ad hoc tasks as required

To be considered for this opportunity you require:

Experience in a similar role in financial services (mandatory)
High attention to detail
Strong time management skills
Ability to adopt new systems and processes efficiently
Ability to prioritise and organise tasks
Strong computer and data management skills
Determination to succeed, commitment to the business and an eagerness to learn
Bachelor degree in related field or working towards this qualification (preferable)
