Servicing adviser as part of succession plan

GrowUp Financial has a proud 36 year history. We currently have five servicing advisers and a fantastic team of support staff. Three of the advisers are Snr and are preferring to spend the next 4 years transitioning their friend/clients into trusted hands to leave a legacy. We are in succession planning mode and partnership opportunities are real for Advisers that are a fit for the GrowUp culture.

About the role

Come empty handed. Step into a well established book of clients. Over a 12 month period, sit in on annual review meetings for hand over from a Snr Adviser who will exit the industry once January 2026 comes around.

Skills and experience

Ability to form deep relationships. Team player, Experienced in servicing clients. Willingness to establish yourself in proximity to the Erina head office.
