About the Wealth team
Mapping out a clear financial future needs a team approach. Our financial planners, estate planners, insurance brokers and investment advisors collaborate on a smart strategy to help our clients accumulate and protect wealth, and meet clients' life goals. About the role
- Client Relationship Management: Act as the project manager for client engagements - ensuring seamless communication between clients, advisers, specialists and support teams.
- Strategy Development: Lead preparation for Statements of Advice (SoAs) - preparing advice scopes, strategies and research (with support of internal and external resources).
- Meeting Support: Prepare strategic aspects of and present in client meetings.
- Implementation Oversight: Oversee all stages of advice implementation and client administrative requirements, coordinating closely with our offshore administration team.
- Process Improvement: Continuously review and enhance internal processes to drive efficiency and improve client experience.

Skills and experience
We want to hear from people who have:
- A degree in Financial Planning or Finance/Economics or equivalent work experience
- Previous experience managing a portfolio of wealth clients
- Experience in Financial Modelling (Xtools+) and preparing advice scopes for complex SOA’s or writing complex SOAs for the provision of holistic advice
- Excellent technical capability and understanding of advice strategies
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills (this role involves being directly involved with clients in all stages of the advice process)
- A strong understanding of MS Office, particularly Excel
- Exceptional organisational skills
- Client-first mindset, adaptability, and genuine interest in continuous improvement
