About the business

We are looking for a motivated and passionate financial adviser to join our team in Miranda. You will pride yourself on professional excellence and value making a meaningful difference to your clients lives by delivering exceptional service and quality financial advice.

Grange Wealth Advisors is a privately-owned, multi office advice business servicing clients in Sydney and the NSW Riverina with over $600 million in funds under advice. Our roots in a rural community continue to shape our values: straightforward, people-first, salt-of-the-earth service. Having successfully made the move away from a large institution in 2019, we operate under our own AFSL. Compliance, collaboration, and customer care are the hallmarks of the way we do business.

About the role

You will be stepping into a full-time adviser role with responsibility for managing around 50 – 75 established clients with holistic advice, primarily pre-retirees and retirees. You will play a key role in helping us grow in the Sutherland Shire and surrounding areas.

What we offer with the role:

• Access to referrals from existing clients and relationships with local accountants
• An existing fee for service client base and the opportunity for ongoing growth
• A supportive close-knit team of advisers and experienced support staff
• A transparent, non-institutional licensee environmentExposure to high-quality investment solutions and platforms
• Career progression and equity opportunities as the business grows
• Competitive remuneration based on experience

Perks and benefits

• Strong foundations with room to grow – Manage an existing book while building new relationships through internal and external referrals.

• Genuine support – You will be supported by a well-structured and resourced team that allows you to focus on clients and strategy. You will have access to admin staff, internal and external paraplanning, plus a team of advisers who collaborate.

• Well-run processes and systems – Our back office is designed to keep you focused on your highest and best work and we continue to invest in improving systems, processes and technology.

• Investment management support – You’ll have full access to our investment committee, SMA models, and platforms (Netwealth, Macquarie, Expand), freeing you to focus on client outcomes, not markets.

• Down-to-earth team culture – Our rural beginnings have shaped a grounded, client-focused approach.

• Attractive salary package – Competitive base + bonus structure.

• Future potential – For the right adviser, this isn’t just a job. We’re actively building our succession plan, and there’s a real opportunity for equity and future ownership.

Skills and experience

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a qualified financial adviser
• Strong compliance track record and understanding of regulatory obligations
• Excellent technical knowledge with a genuine care for client outcomes
• Tech-savvy and confident using advice and CRM technology
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A team player who thrives in a dynamic, flexible environment
• Ideally based in or near the Sutherland Shire
