This is not just a servicing role — it’s a chance to step straight into a business with a strong pipeline of qualified leads, make an immediate impact, and be rewarded for driving growth.

You’ll thrive in our holistic model, collaborating with in-house mortgage and legal divisions so your advice lands faster and more completely.

Key Responsibilities

  • Utilise exceptional engagement skills to create a memorable financial planning experience for new clients.
  • Build rapport quickly, earning trust and creating a lasting client relationship.
  • Conduct thorough needs analysis and deliver comprehensive strategies across investments, insurance, superannuation, and more.
  • Present advice clearly and articulately, ensuring clients understand the value of advice.
  • Collaborate with our paraplanning and admin support teams to minimise administrative burden.
  • Manage ongoing client servicing and reviews, maintaining strong and enduring relationships.
  • Stay up to date with technical, regulatory, and market developments to provide quality, compliant advice.

Perks and benefits

We offer a competitive salary with generous performance incentives tied to growth and client acquisition, a strong flow of qualified leads, robust systems and paraplanning/admin support, and collaboration across financial planning, mortgages and legal.

Ready to Join Us?

This opportunity is ideal for a motivated individual who is client-focused, driven to achieve results, and passionate about providing life-changing advice.

We offer an attractive salary package commensurate with your skills and experience, along with generous performance incentives tied to growth and client acquisition.

Join our team at Watson Wealth and embark on an exciting career as a Senior Financial Adviser. Apply today to be part of a company that values relationships, excellence, and work-life balance.

Skills and experience

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience providing personal financial advice.
  • Bachelor degree in Financial Planning (or equivalent under Corporations standards).
  • Completion of the FASEA ethics exam.
  • Proven ability to meet and convert new clients, with strong trust-building skills.
