1. Membership Fees.

By signing up to a paid membership, you agree to pay the membership fee shown at the time you subscribe. Fees may be charged monthly or annually, depending on the option you choose.

All prices are shown in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.

2. Billing and Payment

Membership fees are charged in advance on a recurring basis (for example, monthly or annually).

Your first payment will be charged on the date you start your paid membership. After that, payments will automatically renew on each billing date unless you cancel before that date.

You authorise us to charge your selected payment method for all membership fees until you cancel.

If a payment fails, we may suspend or restrict access to paid features until payment is successfully processed.

3. Changes to Fees

We may change membership fees from time to time.

If we do, we will give you reasonable notice before the new fee applies. If you do not agree to the change, you may cancel your membership before the new fee starts.

4. Cancellation

You can cancel your paid membership at any time.

When you cancel:

  • You will continue to have access to your paid membership until the end of your current billing period.
  • Your membership will not renew after that date.
  • This means if you cancel partway through a billing cycle, you can still use the service until your next billing date, but you won’t receive a partial refund


5. Access and Changes to the Service

Your membership gives you access to the features included in your chosen plan at the time of subscription.

We may update, change, add to, or remove features from the membership from time to time. This helps us improve the service and respond to member needs.

6. Ending Membership by Us

We may suspend or end your membership if:

  • You breach our Terms & Conditions
  • You misuse the platform
  • We are required to do so by law

If we end your membership for reasons other than a breach, we will act reasonably and in line with Australian Consumer Law.
