As an Associate Financial Adviser, you will play a pivotal role in helping our clients navigate the complexities of wealth creation and management. Reporting directly to a Senior Adviser, you'll provide strategic support, build trusted client relationships, and contribute to the success of tailored financial strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Senior Advisers to prepare financial plans, incorporating investment, superannuation, and mortgage strategies.
- Assist clients with understanding their current financial position and develop realistic goals for the future.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by maintaining regular client communication and offering ongoing support.
- Research and analyse financial products and market trends to identify solutions that align with clients' needs.
- Ensure compliance with all financial advice regulations, including ASIC guidelines.
- Contribute to workshops, webinars, and other client education initiatives.

Skills and experience
- Diploma of Financial Planning or relevant tertiary qualification (RG146 compliance is a plus).
