Integral Private Wealth is a co-operative made up of a great team of advisers and people helping great clients. This role is specifically working with the Fortitude Valley team. We have 140 clients, 2 advisers, a paraplanner, adviser associate and an offshore FPA through VBP.
We would like to think that we are a next gen firm, we have professionally managed investment portfolios (MDA & SMAs stacked), have a high quality tech stack (Salesforce, Claras.ai, Calendly integration and XPlan for document generation). We have a great team of professionals (Masters or CFP qualified) who are in quality growth phase and have a mix of backgrounds and family situations.
We are growing, with more quality inbound client enquiries and we could do with more help to support our current and future clients.
About the role
We need a dynamic and high person who can help with pull the team together. As a Career Associate, you will support our Advisors in delivering exceptional financial advice and client service. This is a growth role with the opportunity to progress toward becoming a fully licensed Adviser.
Key responsibilities include:

- Assisting two Advisors with preparing comprehensive strategies and proposals
- Managing administrative and implementation tasks — applications, lodgements, follow-ups
- Coordinating insurance documentation and application follow-up
- Maintaining client records in our high-quality CRM (Salesforce)
- Supporting in post meeting follow up (with assistance from our quality AI tools) including file noting and follow ups Producing advice documentation (SOAs & ROAs)
- Supporting client review meetings and preparing materials (high quality review packs)
- Liaising with both internal and external stakeholders (e.g. admin, operations, clients)
- Proactively communicating with clients and contributing to a great client experience

Skills and experience
- 3 + years’ experience in financial services in an associate or paraplanning role
- Passion for financial advice and ideally long term focussed around this role
- Strong attention to detail and process-oriented mindset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a close team and maintain high client service standards
- Experience using financial planning software, Xplan specifically
