Client Services Manager (6-9 month contract)

We're looking for an experienced and driven Client Services Manager to join our superstar team on a contract basis for 6-9 months (parental leave coverage). 

The role

  • Part-time ~3 days, remote and highly flexible
  • As head of our client services team, you lead by example through client onboarding, preparation of advice documents, and implementation of advice recommendations that exceed our client's expectations and takes them 'beyond sufficient' 
  • You must LOVE speaking to and engaging with clients and have experience dealing with risk insurance applicants via phone calls
  • Work in a professional and collaborative way with insurance, super and investment providers to ensure timely and accurate processing of client service needs
  • Work in a collaborative and consultative manner with our entire team including advisers, associates, paraplanners & client services
  • Desire to contribute to continuous improvement projects outside of your day-to-day responsibilities
