About the business

What makes us stand out? Recently awarded Australia's ***Employer of the Year, Women in Finance**** we are the nation's leading provider of financial advice, tailored exclusively to under 50's. Forget the stuffy corporate environment. At Sufficient Funds we give a damn, and we have the secret sauce required to have a huge positive impact on young people, setting them up for long term financial success. You might already know that we are cruisy, t-shirt-wearing and sun-loving, but there’s more to it than that; we practice what we preach and are truly living our Sufficient lives: working and earning in roles we love and that keep us interested. We give a damn about our clients and their outcomes. We build deep relationships and make the process fun, engaging and results oriented. Join a highly motivated, fun team who've been 100% virtual since way before Covid made it cool.

If you don't want to learn and grow, this is not the role for you. This is a non-negotiable for our team. The willingness to share your learnings and, as you grow, help others grow is also an expectation here. Each individual in the SF team has strong emotional intelligence, and you will too. We have a desire to see others grow and succeed, and a deep care for the quality of our work, our team and critically, the lives of our clients. The above qualities make us a formidable force and we are incredibly proud of the amazing work we do. On top of all of this we truly care about each other and lead with kindness.
We, and our clients, have enjoyed immense success over the past few years and will continue to do so through rapid organic growth and continued strong partnerships with like-minded referral sources. As a result we continue to broaden and shape our team via very careful selection of our profession's best fits.

  • Part-time ~3 days, remote and highly flexible

  • Work in a professional and collaborative way with insurance, super and investment providers to ensure timely and accurate processing of client service needs
  • Work in a collaborative and consultative manner with our entire team including advisers, associates, paraplanners & client services
  • Desire to contribute to continuous improvement projects outside of your day-to-day responsibilities
  • You thrive on rapid learning and immediate application. You are energised by joining a collaborative environment where we constantly inspire one another to “Learn. Grow. Repeat.”
