About the role

As an Associate Adviser, youโ€™ll play a key role in delivering exceptional advice and service. You will:

 

  • Work closely with our Advisers to assist with the development of strategic comprehensive advice 
  • Ensure clients receive an outstanding service and advice experience 
  • Manage and complete implementation work, including applications and lodgements
  • Coordinate insurance applications and ensure timely follow-up
  • Oversee and administer tasks for existing and new clients via XPlan
  • Manage the development of advice documentation (SOAs, ROAs)
  • Assist in preparing for client review meetings
  • Liaise with offshore admin support 
  • Communicate proactively with clients and advisers 
  • Provide outstanding client service and contribute to strong client relationships

Skills and experience

  • Degree-qualified: Youโ€™ve completed a relevant university degree and are working toward becoming a Financial Adviser.
  • Experience: Youโ€™ve worked in financial planning for at least 2-3 years, either as a CSM, Associate Adviser, or similar.
  • Ambition: Youโ€™re passionate about advice, a self-starter, and committed to growing into an Adviser role in the next 2โ€“4 years.
  • Xplan knowledge: Experience using Xplan is valued, but not critical.
  • Detail-oriented: You take pride in doing things right the first time.
  • Process-driven: You love making things better, faster, and smoother โ€“ and donโ€™t shy away from documentation or process improvement.
  • Team player: You thrive in a collaborative environment and genuinely care about client outcomes.
