In this pivotal role, you’ll drive our growth strategy forward, forging meaningful relationships with new clients whilst assisting them in defining and achieving their financial aspirations and goals.Our approach emphasises collaboration, and you will be key in working with our internal team of Findex Accounting and Wealth advisers to provide holistic financial solutions. Your expertise and collaboration with other professionals within our practice will be essential to ensuring our clients’ financial success. What will your typical week look like?Lead the key client discovery meetings, understand the needs of the client, diagnose their unmet needs and connect them to our Adviser teamsManage the client advice process from lead screening to engagement and be accountable for managing a pipeline towards your KPIsManage key client and customer relationshipsPartner with a team of trusted Findex Accountants and Wealth AdvisersDevelop joint account plans with our Accounting team to position our Wealth Management servicesConnect Clients with an Adviser for ongoing client work

Skills and experience
Previous experience as a Senior Financial Adviser who has successfully completed the FASEA exam (and on the Adviser register) A true collaborator with exceptional relationship and stakeholder management skills Top-notch business development skills combined with a drive for growth Strong commercial and financial acumen Excellent oral and written communication skills Ability to travel to the Findex offices in the region
