We have entered a new era of advice, in which we see a continuing advisor migration towards smaller and boutique licensees. This new era places a premium on Professional Development, sustainability, and efficiency. But many smaller practices are finding these goals increasingly out of reach, as it becomes harder to access CPD in a way that is both affordable and makes efficient use of their time. The Ensombl All Licensee Professional Development (ALPD) Day was created to meet this challenge.
Born from the thinking of the Ensombl community, it is a licensee-agnostic, one-day CPD event giving advisors access to 10 hours of CPD-accredited content – 25% of their annual needs – from leading experts. Tapping into themes curated from Ensombl community discussions, all ten presenters are hand-picked to specifically solve the problems that get in the way of delivering great advice.

Doors will open from 7:30am, with the ALPD Day commencing at 8am. With ten presentations, you will hear from over 15 industry thought-leaders sharing their expertise to help solve the most prominent problems getting in the way of delivering great advice.
There will be three breaks – morning tea, lunch, and afternoon tea – scattered throughout the day, giving ample time to digest the content and discuss ideas with your peers.
After a big day of education, you have the option to join a fully catered social networking event – providing the opportunity to connect with industry peers and Ensombl’s Corporate Community supporting the ALPD Day. This event will take place at Hyatt Regency, starting straight after the ALPD Day, and concluding at 8pm.
You can acquire up to 10 CPD points throughout the day. There are no quiz questions required. You will attain points based on the sessions you attend.
You can find the CPD breakdown in the Event Agenda section of this page.
You will receive your bespoke CPD certificate via email with a summary of the sessions you attend. You can expect to receive your certificate no later than two weeks after the ALPD Day.
It is free to join the virtual experience. If you would like to join the in-studio experience and social networking event, there is a cost of $197. This price covers the costs of putting an event like this on. Our goal isn’t to make a profit on ticket sales from this event.
