Oxlade Financial is an independent financial planning firm in Newstead, Brisbane. As independent advisers, we work on a solely fee for service basis β no affiliations, no commissions β and ultimately just focus on doing whatever is best for our clients.
We manage our clients’ money like it’s our own, offering holistic, end-to-end, ongoing advice.
We are building a reputation for excellence in both advice and service, and this is something we are all very committed to. We have a 97% client retention rate year on year.
About the role

We are open to different levels of experience β the most important priority for us is finding the right person, and we will work hard to support you to achieve your career goals. You’ll work closely alongside our MD and other experienced advisers, as well as our experienced Client Service team.
Your priority will be:
- Onboard new clients: Tap into our very strong flow of in-bound enquiries to grow your own client base
- Proactive client management: Establish meaningful, long term working relationships with your clients through proactive and regular engagement
- Deliver excellent advice: Provide well considered, comprehensive, ongoing financial guidance to your valued clients
