What makes us stand out? Recently awarded Australia’s ***Best Financial Advice Employer**** by IFA, we are the nation’s leading provider of financial advice, tailored exclusively to gen z and millennials.
Forget the stuffy corporate environment. At Sufficient Funds we give a damn, and we have the secret sauce required to have a huge positive impact on young people, setting them up for long term financial success.
We build deep relationships and make the process fun, engaging and results oriented for our clients and our team.
We have nailed something that is VERY hard to find in advice: an holistic service that focuses on life first, then money to create an insane amount of value for young clients.
Despite popular belief, 25-45 year olds have money and they are willing to spend it on services that add value to their lives.
Over five years ago we created a business model that does a lot more than just spit out SOA’s and provide reviews each year. With our signature “Defining Sufficient” session we dive deep into our clients lives to help them truly understand what matters before creating their Money Action Plan (MAP™) that brings it all together and lights their financial worlds on fire.
With a waterfall of warm leads, we’ve had 100%+ year on year growth since day 1 and our SF Dream Team has grown from strength to strength across financial planning and our internal mortgage broking business.
We’ve invested significantly to build an incredible team in recent years and have a strong set of values that we all hold each other accountable to. We are now building the future of SF with our incubator of culturally-aligned high performers…which leads us to this new role.
