We’re looking for someone passionate about building great relationships to help guide our clients through their Pivot journey, helping them uncover and then capitalise on opportunities to get more from their money.
Please note this role is not about cold-calling or drumming up business, we have a strong flow of inbound leads and need someone to help new potential clients understand if/how Pivot is the right fit for them. Financial planning knowledge is not necessary for this role, but an understanding of money is helpful and similar experience highly regarded. The role has significant upside potential for the right candidate.

About the role
- Run intro screening phone calls and discovery meetings, all pre booked into your calendar
- Use our tech systems to track and convert deal flow in a low admin way
- Help potential clients understand the life changing benefits of high quality, award winning financial advice

Skills and experience
Your ticket to the game
- 2+ years experience in sales
- Strong client and relationship management to drive prompt action from our ideal clients
- High motivation levels to drive strong business growth

Senior Associate Adviser
About the opportunity

We’re a high touch, high fee, low volume business with a heap of support, so your time will be spent doing fulfilling, high value-add work and not wasting your time on admin and low value work. About the role
The core of an Associate role at Pivot is being responsible for supporting a Senior Adviser with the following:
- Delivering an amazing client experience at every step of our client’s money journey
- Delivering our high-touch, ongoing client service to help our clients achieve their version of financial freedom to the highest standard
- Pushing the clients to drive the action needed for them to achieve financial success
The role also involves
- Working seamlessly with other team members on advice and service delivery
